Component geometry blocked the standard holder entry path
A formed groove had to be produced in a steel component within a limited diameter range. A standard holder body interfered with the part before the cutting edge reached its correct position.

Body geometry, pocket position, and insert orientation placed the edge at the required position and angle while maintaining safe clearance. Diameter range, angle, and exact form remain confidential.
